«Nuclear factor (erythroid-derived 2)-like 2, also known as NFE2L2 or Nrf2, is a transcription factor that in humans is encoded by the NFE2L2gene.[5] Nrf2 is a basic leucine zipper (bZIP) protein that regulates the expression of antioxidant proteins that protect against oxidative damage triggered by injury and inflammation.[6] Several drugs that stimulate the NFE2L2 pathway are being studied for treatment of diseases that are caused by oxidative stress.» (wikipedia)

Evidence Sources
Biolinks for Nrf2 are extracted by users from 30 related publications.
Users read a research at the PubMed. They understand a relation between two objects.
To organise this new finding, they add it as a new piece of information — a Biolink — a proven logical relation between objects, drugs or symptoms etc.
Any user can propose new knowledge which will be reviewed.
Proofs for biolinks of current node (Nrf2) are listed here. Abstracts are hidden.
